OutSolve announces the acquisition of the affirmative action compliance business from First Advantage Consulting Firm, LLC. (FACF), a Georgia-based firm specializing in helping federal contractors manage Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulatory obligations. FACF will continue its other business operations.

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will host a webinar on November 17, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. (EST) to provide an overview of Functional Affirmative Action Programs (FAAP), convey recent changes to its FAAP Directive, and answer program-related questions. To ensure that OFCCP addresses common areas of interest during the webinar, registrants may submit questions in advance using the registration link below by November 5, 2022. Registration for the webinar will close on November 16, 2022 and is limited to the first 1,000 participants.

OFCCP commends the federal contractors and subcontractors that have registered and certified their AAP compliance through the OFCCP Contractor Portal by the June 30, 2022 deadline.

The NILG 2022 National Conference was held July 25-28, 2022 in Boston, MA. The Conference was highlighted by OFCCP Director Jenny Yang’s keynote address to the federal contractor community about affirmative action and pay equity compliance. Director Yang set the tone for the conference and what the contractor community could expect in the coming months. Yang outlined the following three immediate priorities for OFCCP: (1) Pay Equity, (2) Contractor Affirmative Action Program (AAP) Certification, and (3) Audit Readiness.
