OutSolve has been named a Top Workplaces 2026 by the Times-Picayune for the 8th year in a row.
This honor is awarded to businesses based on employee feedback, which is a direct reflection of their workplace. Energage distributes this independent survey to employees who share their feedback on certain themes and topics demonstrated by the company. Things like feeling respected and supported, enabled to grow, and empowered to execute.
OutSolve is committed to building a culture where employees feel valued, seen, and heard. Our people are our greatest asset, and we are committed to helping them grow both professionally and personally. The eight year history of consistently earning this award demonstrates the strength of our corporate culture and collegial, respectful workplace.
“I am incredibly proud that our employees have honored us as a Top Workplace award for the eighth year in a row. They are what makes OutSolve truly special, and their commitment comes through every day in their work and interactions with our clients. We wouldn’t be who we are today without them which makes this honor so special.” said Jeremy Mancheski, Founder and CEO of OutSolve.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
The New Orleans Advocate, Times Picayune, and NOLA.com have administered this Top Workplace award for 12 years. Any organization with 35 or more employees in the New Orleans region is eligible to compete for a Top Workplace award. Energage, the Pennsylvania-based research partner responsible for this process, conducts workplace surveys in 65 markets nationwide, surveying more than 2 million employees at more than 8,000 organizations in the past year.

OutSolve employees Sophie Wiliams, Caitlyn Arnold, Devin Baudean, and Jake Godwin represented OutSolve at the Top Workplace celebration held on Wednesday, July 1, 2026 at the Higgins Hotel.
Mary oversees OutSolve's content, advertising, and messaging strategies, and brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, including six years in the affirmative action consulting industry.
