OutSolve announces the acquisition of Indianapolis-based Taapestry, the affirmative action division of DirectEmployers Association. Originally launched in 2019, Taapestry supplemented DirectEmployers' already prestigious federal contractor job listing (FCJL) solution.

Metairie, LA, June 14, 2022 – OutSolve, a leading affirmative action consulting firm dedicated to helping companies comply with Office of Federal Contractor Compliance Programs' (OFCCP) regulatory requirements announces today the acquisition of HudsonMann, a South Carolina-based consulting company specializing in affirmative action compliance. 

OutSolve announces today the hiring of two senior industry professionals. Desiree Throckmorton, SPHR will join as Senior Consultant working from OutSolve’s Sacramento, CA office, and Sabine Pauyo will come aboard as OutSolve’s Senior Sales Consultant working remotely from Baltimore, MD.

As part of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, the OutSolve team partnered with The NOLA Tree Project to plant trees at the Sunken Gardens on Canal Boulevard in New Orleans, LA.

On March 31, 2022, OFCCP released a new set of directives. OutSolve will give a webinar on April 13, 2022, to discuss the implications of the new rules.

Surviving Ida, Productivity, More Acquisitions

On Sunday, August 29, Hurricane Ida made landfall in Louisiana. The aftermath left power outages, flood damage, no cell service, and destruction to homes. We are all grateful that rescue and recovery are underway. As you may or may not know, the OutSolve team survived Hurricane Katrina, and through that ordeal, has proven its resilience and ability to carry out operations during times of disaster.
