OutSolve is excited to announce that it has been named a Top Workplace by the Times-Picayune and the New Orleans Advocate. An honor earned by OutSolve for the fourth consecutive year. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
The past few years have been a period of immense growth for OutSolve. Through partnerships, eight acquisitions, and the hiring of additional staff, OutSolve employees have united to learn together, grow together, and to provide exceptional service to clients. OutSolve is dedicated to investing in personal and professional development and ensuring employees are empowered in their roles.
"Each of our employees play a key role in our collective success," said Jeremy Mancheski, President at OutSolve. "This is something I firmly believe and like to celebrate at OutSolve. Receiving the Top Workplace award affirms that we are investing in the right workplace efforts. Our goal is to foster an environment where employees feel valued, appreciated, and connected. As the company continues to grow, our people-first attitude is integral to maintaining a supportive and collaborative culture."
"Top Workplaces has proven to be a beacon of light for organizations, as well as a sign of resiliency and strong business performance," said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. "When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward. Top Workplaces draw on real-time insights into what works best for their organization, so they can make informed decisions that have a positive impact on their people and their business."
