Surviving Ida, Productivity, More Acquisitions
First, the Good News.
We could all use some good news, and OutSolve has plenty to share. It’s been one month since Hurricane Ida, and as the saying goes, the sun always shines after the storm. Though some of our team members were displaced, all were accounted for immediately, and we never skipped a beat. We activated our disaster recovery plan and instantly rolled over to our colocation data center without interruption. We continued supporting clients, including completing all EEO-1 and VETS-4212 Reports by the September 30 deadline. As you may know, the OutSolve team survived Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and from that, we’ve devised sound business continuity procedures that have proven successful through Ida.
We want to say thank you to all of the clients who wished us well, checked in on us, and remained patient with us as we put the pieces of our individual circumstances back together. It’s situations like these that shine a light on the true partnership that we aim to foster with our clients.
Now, the Great News.
This month marks our 23rd anniversary! Our Michael Jordan year…and like Jordan, we aim high. The great news is, due to our growth, we’ve extended our office space exponentially. OutSolve also completed its 6th acquisition, The HR Consultant, an affirmative action firm based in Dallas, TX, adding more capability and talent to the team. The acquisition further enhances deliverables and client support, and makes OutSolve one of the largest providers in the industry. This meaningful progress is the sunshine after the storm. Thank you for embracing change and continuing to grow with us.
