Topic: Conciliation Agreements-Understanding the Costs of Technical Violations

OutSolve Speaker: Alex Gonzalez, VP of Product and Market Development
Description: OFCCP’s financial settlements are big headlines but technical violations also have long-range costs that include changes to policy and procedures and supplemental legal advice and counsel, plus submission of periodic progress reports that span six months to five years. This presentation will evaluate non-financial conciliation agreements from FY20 and FY21, summarize the most frequent violations, examine the ongoing compliance obligations, and provide recommendations on how government contractors can come into compliance prior to an audit.
Carla is a 20-year veteran with extensive experience in marketing strategy, product management, and brand development. Prior to OutSolve, she spent over 17 years in the affirmative action solutions space, working side-by-side with sales and AAP experts to deliver a superior client experience. As Vice President of Marketing for OutSolve, Carla's responsibilities include leading demand generation, brand management, driving customer engagement, and supporting the company's growth initiatives. Originally from Boston, Carla loves the Patriots but can be seen occasionally cheering for the Saints. In her spare time, she loves traveling, hanging with family, and curling up with a good movie.
