Metairie, LA, December 1, 2022 – OutSolve announces today the completion of its acquisition of Kansas-based The Austin Peters Group, Inc.’s affirmative action line of business. This acquisition builds on OutSolve’s core business and expands its bench strength and deepens its capacity for delivering end-to-end Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance services. The Austin Peters Group, Inc. will continue its other operations.

OutSolve announces the acquisition of the affirmative action compliance business from First Advantage Consulting Firm, LLC. (FACF), a Georgia-based firm specializing in helping federal contractors manage Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program (OFCCP) regulatory obligations. FACF will continue its other business operations.

OutSolve announces today the hiring of two senior industry professionals. Desiree Throckmorton, SPHR will join as Senior Consultant working from OutSolve’s Sacramento, CA office, and Sabine Pauyo will come aboard as OutSolve’s Senior Sales Consultant working remotely from Baltimore, MD.

As part of the company’s Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program, the OutSolve team partnered with The NOLA Tree Project to plant trees at the Sunken Gardens on Canal Boulevard in New Orleans, LA.
