OutSolve announces today the appointment of Carla Pittman as Chief Marketing Officer, effective January 24, 2023. With over 20 years of marketing experience, strategic planning, and operational leadership in the services and technology markets, Carla will play a pivotal role in building upon the company’s market position to drive continued growth.
“I am extremely proud to announce Carla Pittman’s promotion to Chief Marketing Officer. Carla is a veteran of the affirmative action planning and compliance industry and crucial to our growth strategy. As a member of our executive leadership team, Carla is tasked with communicating OutSolve’s strategic message to the market and building a team to support that message,” states Jeremy Mancheski, Founder of OutSolve. “Part of that team building is the addition of another industry veteran with an incredible track record, Mary Madden, our new Director of Marketing Communications.”
"Having worked in EEO for over 25 years, one gets to know who the difference makers are. They are those who impact the organizations they work for and elevate their employers' status in the industry. Carla Pittman is one of those people,” says Chris Lindholm, Chief Sales Officer. “We have known Carla for many years and when we saw a chance to have her join our team, we jumped at the opportunity. Just a few short years later, we can proudly state that Carla has helped to take us to the next level. Her marketing and technical skills exceeded what we hoped for and I am thrilled that she is now one of our Chief Officers as we enter the next phase of growth at OutSolve."
“OutSolve has a long history of success serving the compliance industry, and over the past few years has demonstrated its ability to move into a market leader position. I’m so excited to be part of a team dedicated to growth while still focused on driving customer value,” comments Carla Pittman. “I’m inspired by OutSolve’s mission and look forward to helping the company achieve its goals.”
Prior to this new role, Carla served as Director of Marketing for OutSolve where she spent the last three years leading the marketing function, driving OutSolve’s value, and executing strategic marketing efforts. Before joining OutSolve, Carla was Senior Marketing Manager at Berkshire Associates overseeing the company’s marketing function, managing a team of marketers, and leading brand development, communications, and product launches.
In addition to appointing a new Chief Marketing Officer, OutSolve has experienced significant growth in recent months including the announcement of eleven acquisitions and a new Director of Marketing Communications.
