OutSolve and DirectEmployers Association announce today that they have entered into a partnership agreement that is expected to provide one-stop Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program’s (OFCCP) compliance solutions. The partnership gives DirectEmployers’ Members access to OutSolve’s strategy-led enterprise affirmative action plan (AAP) development services, along with pay equity, EEO-1/VETS, DEI, and ESG solutions. DirectEmployers Association, a nonprofit association that provides OFCCP VEVRAA mandatory listing services, will also become OutSolve’s exclusive VEVRAA mandatory job listing partner, offering these services to OutSolve customers.

In 2022, OFCCP introduced the OFCCP Contractor Portal and changed the way they approach enforcement. Contractors must use the portal to register and certify that they have met their compliance obligations, consequently making it easier to identify contractors who are non-compliant. This alliance gives contractors the best in AAP expertise and the tools needed to safeguard and cover all compliance bases.
