This acquisition builds on OutSolve’s core business and expands its bench strength and deepens its capacity for delivering end-to-end Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) compliance services. The Austin Peters Group, Inc. will continue its other operations.
The tenth in a series of recently completed acquisitions by OutSolve, The Austin Peters Group transaction further advances the company’s position as the fastest-growing and one of the largest providers in the industry. The acquisition also demonstrates the company’s commitment to investing in solutions that drive scale, while optimizing business operations.
