OutSolve announces today the hiring of two senior industry professionals. Desiree Throckmorton, SPHR will join as Senior Consultant working from OutSolve’s Sacramento, CA office, and Sabine Pauyo will come aboard as OutSolve’s Senior Sales Consultant working remotely from Baltimore, MD.

Desiree Throckmorton, SPHR Hired as a Senior Consultant
With over 19 years of affirmative action experience, Desiree Throckmorton formerly worked as Director of Operations at OutSolve before her departure in 2015 when she took a position as an Affirmative Action Consultant at Kaiser Permanente, and later in 2019 was promoted to Talent Acquisition Operations Manager. At Kaiser Permanente, Desiree was responsible for ensuring that the organization was in compliance with federal affirmative action regulations and executing all required mandates. Desiree also led internal mock OFCCP audits, analyzed recruitment practices to identify risk areas, performed adverse impact analysis on employment decisions, and launched enterprise-wide training. Desiree is SPHR certified, holds a Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, and a Master’s Degree from Roosevelt University.

Sabine Pauyo Hired as a Senior Sales Consultant
Sabine Pauyo, formerly an Account Executive at Berkshire Associates, has over ten years of experience in the human resources space. Sabine started her career as a Senior Sales Recruiter and in 2009 worked as a Territory Sales Manager in pharmaceutical sales. In 2013, Sabine found her way back to recruitment as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Kforce, and subsequently took a role at Berkshire Associates as an Account Executive where she managed over 500 business accounts. At Berkshire, Sabine’s role was dedicated to helping federal contractors find the right mix of solutions to meet their affirmative action compliance obligations. Sabine holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Barry University.
