OutSolve Hires Industry Veteran to Enhance EEO and AAP Offerings

OutSolve announces today that John Piatt, SHRM-SCP, has joined the company as a Senior Consultant, effective February 22, 2023. John will advise clients on Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action Planning best practices. He brings over 20 years of experience to his new role.

Prior to joining OutSolve, John served in numerous leadership roles at Biddle Consulting Group in Folsom, California. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree at California State University and holds a Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) Senor Certified Professional certification. He has volunteered in various national and regional capacities for SHRM and the National Industry Liaison Group (NILG).
