How to prevent submission delays and new deadline announcement
OutSolve would like to inform you the EEOC is experiencing problems processing EEO-1 Reports. These problems have caused delays in submission time. With this in mind, we are urging companies—who opted for EEO-1 Reporting services from OutSolve—to send their data to OutSolve as soon as possible. In recognition of these delays, EEOC has moved their deadline from July 19, 2021 to August 23, 2021.
I haven't sent my data, what should I do?
Currently, the OutSolve team is processing EEO-1s and experiencing processing times ranging from a few days to a week or more. If you have not delivered your employee data to OutSolve then we encourage you to quickly upload your 2019 and 2020 data file here or send it to your OutSolve consultant. This will help achieve a successful submission and certification.
