OutSolve Introduces New Diversity & Inclusion Specialist

Introducing the new Diversity & Inclusion Specialist, Victoria Person.

OutSolve is excited to announce that Victoria Person has been hired as the company’s new Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Specialist. A certified D&I professional, and former Diversity and Inclusion Manager at Southern California Gas Company, Victoria will oversee and provide consulting support for OutSolve’s Diversity MIRROR Action Plan services—a service dedicated to helping federal contractors move from affirmative action to D&I actions.

As companies grapple with how to make meaningful progress on Diversity and Inclusion, Victoria’s responsibilities include helping clients define actions that have a positive, material impact on D&I at their organizations.

“I have experienced first-hand how a company’s focus on D&I can make the employee experience better and improve business outcomes,” said Victoria, “I’m excited to join OutSolve and further their efforts to help workplaces be diverse, inclusive, and equitable – where every employee can thrive.”

Victoria holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Mississippi, a Management Development Program certification from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, and a Diversity & Inclusion Professional certification from the Cornell University School of Industrial & Labor Relations. She was also awarded with the 2015 Phenomenal Woman Award from the Greater Los Angeles YWCA.

Cultivating workplaces where diversity is valued, and inclusion creates a sense of belonging, has been the passion driving her career for the past ten years. This role aligns with OutSolve’s mission to invest in providing stellar support for companies of any size.
