Introducing the new Customer Care Manager, Meghan Spera.
OutSolve has hired a new Customer Care Manager to serve as the primary client advocate and internal account manager. Meghan will work with the sales and consultant teams to ensure that all client needs are understood and satisfied. She will proactively initiate and maintain informed relationships with OutSolve clients. Meghan has spent more than 15 years of her career dedicated to delivering high quality customer service, primarily in the hospitality industry.
In her role as OutSolve's Customer Care Manager, she serves as an advocate for clients to ensure they receive the best value for their affirmative action investment, and are utilizing OutSolve's various services to achieve success in OFCCP and EEOC compliance. This role aligns with OutSolve's mission to invest in providing stellar support at every stage of the customer experience.
