We are thrilled to announce that OutSolve has once again been honored with UKG's prestigious Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) Ally Partner badge for the second year in a row. This recognition reinforces our commitment to driving meaningful change in workplaces by promoting a culture where diversity, equity, equality, and belonging are foundational pillars. OutSolve is one of only 18 UKG partners receiving the award this year. The DEIB Ally badge was created to highlight partners that excel in delivering value to UKG customers in the DE&I space and OutSolve's application clearly defined our efforts as stand out in this area.
Building on the success of last year's recognition, this second consecutive award highlights our ongoing partnership with UKG and our shared values in creating equitable and inclusive environments. Together we continue to develop innovative solutions that help businesses embrace DEIB practices, ensuring a more diverse, representative, and empowered workforce.
Our partnership with UKG allows us to bring innovative tools and resources to their customers, equipping them to lead the charge in creating workplaces that foster a sense of belonging and respect for all employees. As we look forward to the future, this recognition motivates us to keep pushing boundaries, empowering organizations to adopt comprehensive DEIB strategies that not only meet compliance standards but also elevate the overall employee experience.
For OutSolve's clients, this 2024 award means working with a partner that is both recognized and proven in the DEIB space. It reaffirms our dedication to helping organizations create policies that foster inclusivity and equal opportunity while also staying ahead of compliance and regulatory changes.
We would like to extend our gratitude to UKG for this ongoing recognition and to our clients for trusting us with their DEIB initiatives. We remain committed to creating more equitable and inclusive work environments, one organization at a time.
Mary oversees OutSolve's content, advertising, and messaging strategies, and brings more than 20 years of experience to her role, including six years in the affirmative action consulting industry.
