OutSolve has been named a Top Workplace in New Orleans by the Times-Picayune. This award marks the 7th consecutive year earning this distinguished honor.
This recognition is particularly meaningful because it reflects the voices of our employees. The Top Workplaces list is based solely on confidential employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by Energage, LLC, a leading employee engagement technology partner.

"At OutSolve, our employees are at the heart of everything we do. This recognition as a Top Workplace reflects the strength of our culture, one that values collaboration, growth, and purpose. I'm incredibly proud of our team for their commitment to each other and to our clients. Their passion and expertise are what drive our success and allow us to deliver exceptional results year after year,” said Jeremy Mancheski, Founder and CEO of OutSolve.
“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”
OutSolve is committed to building a people-first culture where every team member feels valued, supported, and inspired. This award serves as a testament to that commitment and energizes us to continue fostering a workplace where employees thrive both personally and professionally.
OutSolve team members, David Isaula and Catherine Boudreaux , attended the Times-Picayune Top Workplace celebration on Wednesday, June 25 at the historic Higgins Hotel in New Orleans, LA. Awards were presented by Kim Boyle, an attorney and partner with Phelps Dunbar law firm and the first African American female president of the Louisiana State Bar Association. The night featured recognition of all NOLA top workplaces and traditional Creole cuisine.
