OFCCP Webinar on Registering for the AAP-VI Contractor Portal

OFCCP Webinar on Registering for the AAP-VI Contractor Portal

The Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) invites you to attend a webinar on February 1, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. EST on the registration process for OFCCP’s new Contractor Portal

Federal contractors are required to take affirmative action to provide equal employment opportunity. Federal contractors meeting specific jurisdictional thresholds are required to develop a written Affirmative Action Program (AAP) under each of the laws enforced by OFCCP. Covered federal contractors must use the Contractor Portal to certify, on an annual basis, whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment and/or functional unit, as applicable.

On February 1, 2022, contractors may begin registering to access the portal. On March 31, 2022, contractors will be able to utilize the Contractor Portal’s certification feature to certify their AAP compliance. By June 30, 2022, existing contractors must certify whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment and/or functional unit, as applicable. New contractors have 120 days to develop their AAP(s) and must register and certify compliance through the Contractor Portal within 90 days of developing their AAP(s).

The Contractor Portal will allow multiple users from an individual organization to each register, manage records, and certify establishments.

During this webinar, we will cover:

-The mission of OFCCP

-An overview of the Contractor Portal

-A demonstration on how your company can register and update records on the platform

-A question and answer session

To attend the webinar on February 1, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. EST please register here.
