Metairie, LA- OutSolve announces today that Gary Cowan has joined the company as Director of Partnerships, effective April 3, 2023. Gary will be responsible for leading and managing partnership efforts, further expanding sales channels, and forming strategic industry relationships that contribute to the company’s overall growth. OutSolve has realized 133% employee growth over the last five years.
Gary has served in numerous leadership roles at the US Department of Labor, HR Knowledge, America’s Job Exchange, and most recently at BroadbeanTechnology. He has been selected as a National Training Instructor in federal compliance techniques and has been awarded four Secretary of Labor Special Achievement honors for distinguished service in nationally recognized federal audits. Gary is a graduate of Flagler College. Gary will be based in Massachusetts.
