On Monday, August 31, 2020, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. ET, the OFCCP will be hosting a public webinar on the TRICARE final rule. The final rule, “Affirmative Action and Nondiscrimination Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors: TRICARE Providers” was published in the Federal Register on July 2, 2020.
