OFCCP is offering a live encore presentation on April 7, 2022, at 2:00 pm on how federal contractors can certify AAP compliance through the new Contractor Portal.
March 31 webinar is at capacity. As a result, OFCCP has added a live encore on April 7, 2022, at 2 pm EDT. Please register for the encore presentation if you missed the opportunity to register for the March 31 event. OFCCP also will post a recording of the presentation on its website.
Federal contractors are required to take affirmative action to provide equal employment opportunities. Federal contractors meeting specific jurisdictional thresholds are required to develop a written Affirmative Action Program (AAP) under each of the laws enforced by OFCCP. Per an Office of Management and Budget approved information collection request covered federal contractors must use the OFCCP Contractor Portal to certify, on an annual basis, whether they have developed and maintained an AAP for each establishment and/or functional unit, as applicable.
Beginning on March 31, 2022, covered federal contractors will be able to utilize the OFCCP Contractor Portal’s certification feature to certify their AAP compliance.
The OFCCP Contractor Portal will allow multiple users from an individual contractor to register individually, manage records, and certify establishments.
During this webinar, we will provide:
- An overview of the OFCCP Contractor Portal
- A demonstration on how your company can certify compliance through the OFCCP Contractor Portal
- Answers to common questions received
Please submit an inquiry to the OFCCP Contractor Portal Technical Help Desk or call us at 1-800-397-6251 with any questions. In addition, OFCCP offers a user guide and frequently asked questions as resources that include information about registering for the Contractor Portal.
