OFCCP Releases 2020 CSAL Audit Scheduling Lists

Construction and Supply and Service lists include all types of reviews, including the new accommodation and promotion focused reviews

OFCCP just released the 2020 Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL) for supply and service, including educational institutions, and construction contractors that have been identified for a future audit. The CSAL is an advance notice of audits to be scheduled in the future. Since OFCCP is still in the process of scheduling audits for contractors identified on previous CSAL lists and is also scheduling VEVRAA focused reviews, it is unlikely that the 2020 audits identified will happen immediately.

The Supply and Service list identifies 2,250 contractors that have been identified for one of the following audits.

  • Corporate Management Compliance Evaluation (CMCE)
  • Establishment Review
  • FAAP Review
  • Promotion Focused Review
  • Section 503 Focused Review
  • Accommodation Focused Review
  • Compliance Check

The Construction CSAL list identifies 200 contractors selected for compliance checks.

For those contractors identified on one of the CSAL lists, OFCCP has the following resources to assist in the preparation of an audit. Compliance assistance materials for promotion and accommodation reviews have not yet been made available by the OFCCP.

As an OutSolve client, please contact us upon receipt of a scheduling notice so that we can be of assistance.
