OFCCP published in the Federal Register the final rule “Nondiscrimination Obligations of Federal Contractors and Subcontractors: Procedures to Resolve Potential Employment Discrimination” which will take effect on December 10, 2020.

To provide compliance assistance to stakeholders, OFCCP will be hosting a webinar providing an overview of the final rule.
