OFCCP is Committed to Keeping Your Data Safe

OFCCP remains committed to safeguarding any sensitive, confidential data during compliance evaluations.

During COVID-19, OFCCP continues securely teleworking while maintaining your private, sensitive, and confidential data throughout compliance evaluations and investigations.

There is a long-standing policy that requires compliance officers to store information from contractors on the OFCCP’s network. This network is only accessible using government-issued computers via the agency’s secured VPN. Annual training to safeguard data is required of all compliance officers from DOL and OFCCP.

In addition to this safety measure, contractors have the option of sending their data to OFCCP through their company’s secured portals.

For further assistance, contact OFCCP Help Desk at 1-800-397-6251 or your local office. The hearing impaired may call the text telephone at 1-877-889-5672 or submit an inquiry online.
