EEOC to Hold Remote Public Meeting

Agenda Item is the Memorandum of Understanding with the DOL, EEOC and DOJ

On November 2, 2020, the EEOC will hold a remote, audio-only public meeting at 1:00 p.m. ET. The public may listen to the conference but not participate. The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Department of Labor (DOL), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Department of Justice (DOJ) will be addressed.
