EEOC Releases Revised Publications on Employing Veterans with Disabilities

Documents correct references and links to organizations serving veterans and provide more recent information about employment discrimination claims brought by veterans

EEOC issued the following revised documents that address the employment of veterans with disabilities. The documents address how the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA) apply to veteran employees and those organizations that employ them. The documents correct references and links to organizations serving veterans and insert more data points about employment discrimination claims brought by veterans.
