Effective June 1, 2020, OutSolve will allow employees to return to the office at the Metairie, LA headquarters. Louisiana’s Stay at Home Order expired on May 14, 2020, giving businesses the green light to carefully phase-in employees’ return to the workplace. With a safety-first commitment and adhering to Center for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines, OutSolve has outlined a detailed plan to help employees safely return to the office. Our primary goal is to assure healthy work conditions by implementing the following COVID-19 prevention protocols:
- Temporarily revising work hours to 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CDT to accommodate COVID-19 safety practices
- Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Placing hand sanitizing stations at office entrances
- Checking employee temperatures using a non-touch infrared thermometer before entering the office
- Practicing social distancing in the office, and in conference rooms limiting meetings to 10 people or less, and employees must remain at least six feet apart
- Staggering in-office schedules to accommodate employee seat distancing; seating arrangements must also be at least six feet apart
- Daily cleanings and disinfecting using products that meet EPA criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2
- Providing cleaning supplies for staff
