On February 2, 2022, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) issued an update to assist third-party EEO-1 filers. The new procedures will likely impact third-party vendors like ADP TotalSource, Insperity, Paychex, and the like. According to the EEOC, these updates will allow for more accurate employee demographic data in support of the agency’s mission to prevent and remedy unlawful employment discrimination and advance equal opportunity for all in the workplace.

On February 1, 2022, OFCCP sent a notification urging covered contractors to register for OFCCP’s AAP-VI Contractor Portal. 

The interactive webinar will be held on January 26 and 27.
