As part of a strategic acquisition to give companies more access to HR compliance solutions, OutSolve acquired Federal Wage and Labor Law Institute (FWLLI) and Labor Labor Center (LLC). As part of this transaction, FWLLI became part of LLC...both now part of the OutSolve family. As valued customers,  your service will continue seamlessly, only now with the added benefit, expertise, and enhanced support LLC offers.

2. Enhanced Support Team: Your current representation remains unchanged, backed by the extended support of the LLC team.
3. Compliance Protection Plan (CPP): Similar to FWLLI’s AutoComply, we’re pleased to introduce you to LLC’s Customer Web-Based Portal called Compliance Protection Plan (CPP). With CPP, you’ll still receive automatic poster updates along with a more comprehensive solution.
4. The Value of Consolidation: Many of our customers have found value by consolidating services. We encourage you to explore options that best fit your needs including state pay reporting, OFCCP compliance, and EEO-1/VETS reporting.

6. Payments will be changing from OutSolve to LLC: The payment will need to be sent to LLC. Please note the updated payment details on the invoice.
7. New Poster Look: Customers will receive a larger poster that are laminated and not on poly paper.
8. New LLC Branding on Posters and Invoices: The posters and invoices will be coming from LLC.
9. New Tubes with LLC Branding: You will receive your posters in tubes with LLC Branding.
