Beth has over 18 years of affirmative action compliance experience in the healthcare industry as a federal contractor. In April 2017, she joined the OutSolve team as a Senior Consultant where she is able to utilize her hands-on knowledge of affirmative action regulations and audit experience from a federal contractor, end-user perspective, and all the many “opportunities” that brings. Beth provides training, mock audits, and all-around compliance support with a smile and dedication to high-quality customer service. Beth has been involved in the Kentucky Industry Liaison Group for many years and has served as President since 2014. She has served on the Kentucky Special Olympics Polar Bear Plunge committee and has been an avid Plunger since 2003. Beth enjoys reading, working in the yard, and spending time with her husband and two grown children (when they will allow it).
