Agency Solicits Stakeholder Questions Ahead of Free Technical Assistance Session

On Friday, March 27, the EEOC will post a public online webinar addressing questions regarding any of the EEO Laws and the COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar will be available on the EEOC website.

The webinar will answer questions submitted in advance about COVID-19 response in accordance with employment nondiscrimination laws. You can submit questions by email to COVID19.Questions@eeoc.gov by 9:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, March 25th.

You can review current EEOC publications "What You Should Know About the ADA, The Rehabilitation Act, and COVID-19" and "Pandemic Preparedness in the Workplace and the Americans with Disabilities Act". The EEOC last updated the COVID-19 "What You Should Know" on Thursday, March 19, 2020.
