Virtual hearing scheduled for April 28, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. eastern time via Zoom
EEOC has scheduled an all virtual hearing on Wednesday, April 28th at 10:30 a.m. to consider the impact of COVID-19 on workers and employers in navigating potential employment discrimination issues, as well as what the future challenges may look like.
The public may sign into the videoconference via Zoom for Government and observe the livestream or connect to the audio-only dial-in by following the instructions posted on the EEOC website no later than 24 hours prior to the hearing. EEOC has closed captioning and ASL services available.
There will be two panels with testimony from the following experts on job discrimination and other barriers to employment during the ongoing health and economic crisis.
