OFCCP Megaproject briefing for contractors with construction projects over $35 million scheduled for April 19, 2023.
As addressed in our blog titled “OFCCP Focuses on Construction Contractors Through its Megaproject Program,” the Megaproject impacts federal construction contractors with federally funded projects valued at $35 million and higher lasting at least one year. The OFCCP launched the Megaproject on March 14, 2023, and has offered construction contractors “free, continuous, on-the-ground assistance” in identifying outreach connections to identify qualified talent from underrepresented groups in the construction industry.
