OutSolve's "Day of MiniSolvers" was a celebration of creativity and family ties on August 8, 2023. The event, held in both the Mt. Pleasant, SC and Metairie, LA offices, brought together employees and their young loved ones for a day of fun-filled activities that ranged from painting to professional skill-building sessions.

First our young visitors gathered for a painting session that set the tone for the day. The canvas, a tree with branches reaching skyward, was an artistic representation of OutSolve, the mighty oak that started from a tiny acorn. Participants painted colorful birds on the tree, each bird symbolizing a unique aspect of our diverse team and they also decorated acorns representing the founding of OutSolve in 1998.

The day continued with a department scavenger hunt bingo, an event designed to foster teamwork and exploration. Armed with bingo cards listing key areas in our workspace, participants embarked on a journey of discovery, laughter and collaboration. The race was on to see who filled their bingo cards the fastest.

Next, our Founder and President, Jeremy Mancheski, held mock interviews with our SeniorSolvers, and participants gained valuable insights into the art of effective communication and interview strategies. The resume building workshop taught how to highlight unique strengths.

A polished headshot is a valuable asset. Our "professional" headshot session in Mt. Pleasant resulted in the cutest of collages with each photo radiating confidence and infinite potential.

The mascot brainstorming session ignited a wave of imaginative thinking. Teams collaborated to conceive mascots that captured the essence of OutSolve's brand and mission. From owls to octopi, our kids demonstrated their originality and thoughtfulness.

The Day of MiniSolvers reflects our commitment to nurturing both the creative and professional dimensions of our team members and their families. We hope the memories and lessons learned continue to inspire for months to come.
